The information, recommendations, training materials, assessments, strategies, and services provided by SecureInsight (including but not limited to employee security training, intelligence protection consultation, cybersecurity awareness, and travel security services) are for general informational, educational, and advisory purposes only. They are based on industry best practices, experience, and publicly available knowledge at the time of delivery but do not constitute a guarantee of security, safety, compliance, risk elimination, or specific outcomes.

No Guarantee of Protection Security threats evolve rapidly and are inherently unpredictable. No consultation, training program, plan, or recommendation can eliminate all risks, prevent every incident, or ensure absolute protection against criminal acts, insider threats, business espionage, cyber intrusions, terrorism, travel-related dangers, or any other adverse events. Implementation of any advice remains solely the responsibility of the client. SecureInsight does not warrant or guarantee that following our guidance will prevent losses, breaches, injuries, damages, or liabilities of any kind.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureInsight, its principals, consultants, affiliates, and representatives disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, assets, personal injury, property damage, business interruption, security breaches, or any other losses—arising from or related to the use of, reliance on, or implementation of our services, recommendations, materials, or website content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

SecureInsight’s total liability, if any, for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Refund Policy - the basics

At SecureInsight, we are committed to delivering high-value, customized security consultation services tailored to each client’s unique needs and risk profile. Due to the personalized nature of our work—including in-depth assessments, strategic planning, employee training sessions, intelligence protection strategies, cybersecurity programs, and travel security planning—all services are provided on a non-refundable basis.

No Refunds or Credits

Once a service agreement is accepted, payment is received, and work has commenced (including but not limited to scheduling consultations, conducting initial assessments, preparing customized materials, delivering training sessions, or providing any deliverables), all fees are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether the client ultimately utilizes all scheduled sessions, decides not to proceed further, or experiences a change in circumstances.

Pre-Engagement Deposits

Any initial deposit or retainer paid to secure consultation time, reserve resources, or initiate project scoping is non-refundable, as it compensates for the allocation of our expert time and preparation.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed session or engagement, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice (or as specified in your service agreement). Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the scheduled time and associated fees.
In the rare event that SecureInsight must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find mutually agreeable alternative dates or, where applicable, provide a credit toward future services.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances except in cases where SecureInsight is unable to deliver the contracted services due to our own material breach of the agreement (as determined solely by SecureInsight in accordance with the terms outlined in your service contract).

We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which allows us to maintain the highest level of service quality, dedicate appropriate resources, and continue safeguarding the assets and futures of our clients without interruption.
