1. Use of the Site The Site provides general information about our services. Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright notices.
2. Services Our services (Employee Security Training, Intelligence Protection Consultation, Cybersecurity Awareness, and Travel Security) are provided pursuant to separate written service agreements. These Terms do not create any service obligation unless a formal agreement is executed.
3. Intellectual Property All content on the Site (text, logos, designs) is owned by SecureInsight or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
4. User Conduct You agree not to: misuse the Site, transmit harmful code, infringe rights, or engage in unlawful activity.
5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureInsight disclaims all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Site or services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on our information/services. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid (if any) for services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law and Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, the Site, or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming (venue in Cheyenne), and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
8. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
